I've tried submitting two online queries using the webform on your site (customer service query) to report a problem with an order I received last week. I've been waiting since last Friday, but haven't received any response whatsoever.
If it's relevant, the OLQ number displayed for the second submission was OLQ889980.
I do hope someone can look into this for me as soon as possible and solve the issue. Unfortunately, I've found recently the only way to get any sort of a response from Scan is to phone up.
