    Used item received, Scan not responding to queries submitted online

    Hello,

    I've tried submitting two online queries using the webform on your site (customer service query) to report a problem with an order I received last week. I've been waiting since last Friday, but haven't received any response whatsoever.

    If it's relevant, the OLQ number displayed for the second submission was OLQ889980.

    I do hope someone can look into this for me as soon as possible and solve the issue. Unfortunately, I've found recently the only way to get any sort of a response from Scan is to phone up.

    I have tracked the serial number and can confirm the product was shipped from the Supplier and straight out to you and has not been through any RMA process.

    This is what you keep telling me too. May be you have a genie who is using the items. It's obvious when packaging has been opened. Usually it's the last one in stock. It keeps happening. Then I have to go to the returns desk straight from the Q-collect desk. If I didn't live in Bolton I would never buy from you again.

    I thought, as you claim, Scan supplies from Scan and not directly from suppliers.

    If you are implying this information is incorrect, you can be sent proof.

    We have no genie's at SCAN, they don't exist dude ,... Jokes aside products can be opened for product shots for our web site or when products are sampled to confirm the delivery received is correct.

    The response provided here in accurate and answer's the op's question e-mailed in to us via the support query.

    Thanks for your prompt response Chris.

    However, when I received the headphones the earcups did have hair in them and the headband the same. I really don't mean to sound rude, but is it possible at all for proof of what you said to be sent to my email inbox at all? This would be greatly appreciated.

    Also, why is it that recently I've not been able to get any response through submitting OLQs on your website? In the past, when posting issues on this forum, I was advised the most efficient method of getting support would simply be to used the web form instead, but this time I did not receive any response until I posted here.

    It's funny that the used items I received were last ones in stock and were also faulty! Once you open the package, for whatever reason, you cannot sell it as "new". Why did you charge me a 25% restocking fee for a package I opened but never used?

    This is inaccurate.

    Why did you charge me a 25% restocking fee for a package I opened but never used?
    Please PM me the Invoice Number you were charged a re-stocking fee against.
