Hello, about two weeks ago i brought a 6950 off you before the VAT rise while waiting for my new case to arrive. Low and behold my case goes on backorder for a few weeks and i received it yesterday.

Anyway, i'm building my rig and i knew it was going to be a tight fit but there is just no way it's going to get in there. A miscalculation on my part as the case specs showed available space without hard drives occupying the bays. So now i'm stuck with my GPU not being able to use it.

Now my question is as it's still new and hasn't been touched (Can still be sold on new). Can i return it this long down the line? I'm not looking at a refund as i'm now going to buy another GPU from you that i know will fit (EVGA 570 - currently £299) Would it be possible to return it for "store credit" as such for this new GPU? The extra for the 570 roughly equates to £70 more.
