Last week i ordered a benQ monitor from scan who I've had no issue with. it arrived promptly, as per usual. but when I try to get it setup I find it's dead as a doornail! so i've sent it back once you gave me an RMA but according to your website you haven't even received it. which dpd say you have.
This monitor was needed for a work computer and as such i'm now a week behind. I need this monitor asap. I'd hope the testing shouldn't take long as it wont even turn on!! I have tried calling you but seem to get no help there. I hope you can help need to get moving
