    Return of damaged case, what happens ?

    I got my order today everything ready , but the case had clearly being dropped

    So i called Scan up spoke to someone, was send a query e-mail and had to say details of damage , sent some pictures.

    After sending it a few times since the images were stopping it going through, i just uploaded to image shack and sent the link.

    My question is, what happens now ?

    Do i get a reply e-mail saying that the other case will be picked up or what? Never returned anything before :/

    If i don't get a reply tomorrow, i'll call, but if i hammer out the dents and ask for a replacement stand/foot , would i get one ?

    really don't wanna wait another week for this, been 2 weeks since i ordered nearly.

    I returned a case to them a few weeks ago. Firstly I spoke to their CS and explained the damage then sent some photos. They agreed to take it back so I ordered another one straight away and they arranged for DPD to pick up the case from me. I liaised with DPD and had the damaged case taken at the same time as they dropped the new one off. Had a refund within 7 days. The service from Scan was very good but my advice is to keep on top of it by ensuring they have received the damaged case back, include a letter with photos inside the returned case and phone them if you're not sure about anything.
