Hi,

I had an MSI 570 GTX picked up by DPD on the 22nd June, due to serious faults in the card that caused it to continuously 'freak out' in the middle of a game, and by that I mean there would be black lines all over the screen and it would lock up for a few seconds (sometimes it would BSOD or the game would close). This doesn't happen with my HD5770 (which I'm using right now).

It was tested overnight using a Crysis Benchmark and no fault was found. I sent a query in about this as it was definitely faulty, and full details on the benchmark were given. Unfortunately, there were two issues with it:
  • Only one screen was connected, I use two.
  • It was done overnight, the benchmarker would not pick up on the glitching and if nobody was around to see it then you wouldn't know about it happening.


So I responded and noted that I used a dual screen setup with this card on the 24th. Since then I have not had any responses to my query and as such my 570 is sitting in returns untouched. Could I please get a response to my query and could I also ask that the card is tested again using a dual screen setup (both at 1920x1080) and I would like to note that you cannot start a test and leave it, it will need to be watched to see the problem (trust me, during gaming sessions it's unbearable).
