Just so you know I only RMA the drive last week, I was waiting for scan to let me know what to do but as you were taking long and I need the drive and started the RMA process directly with OCZ.
As I had recent experience with OCZ at work, and I was having similar issues with my personal drive I thought I should go direct to scan and not OCZ as I did not want to wait 2 months.
But in the end it took about the same time of me waiting for Scan to deal with this.
