    You weren't asked to raise a ticket because you had already RMA'd the drive directly to OCZ.

    Hi Chris,

    Just so you know I only RMA the drive last week, I was waiting for scan to let me know what to do but as you were taking long and I need the drive and started the RMA process directly with OCZ.

    As I had recent experience with OCZ at work, and I was having similar issues with my personal drive I thought I should go direct to scan and not OCZ as I did not want to wait 2 months.

    But in the end it took about the same time of me waiting for Scan to deal with this.

    We were under the impression you had already RMA'd the drives back to OCZ, we have been sending e-mails to OCZ chasing up the RMA and to contact you back as we thought they already had your SSD.

    Had we been aware that you hadn't yet RMA's them we would of gladly dealt with the RMA for you.

    Apologies for the confusion here..

    OCZ has just got to me a replacement drive in less than 1 week!

    Almost 2 months waiting for scan, will I shop with scan again? Probably not!
