    DSR Monitor Return

Hi, I bought the 27" AOC which has got a stuck red pixel. I did contact previously and you were awaiting a reply from AOC. But who have obviously not got back to you.

So last night I decided to email you again stating I would like to return the monitor under DSR.

    what is the procedure now?

I know it is not your fault so I am ok with paying to return the monitor, but would like to know do I have to wait for an RMA number or something, because I have had no reply as of yet and would like to get it out of the way asap.

    Thanks
    Jason Westlake

    Re: DSR Monitor Return

    Hi Jason,

I have contacted AOC support twice now to get confirmation from them of there dead pixel policy, unfortunatly a reply has not be forthcoming.

I have issued an RMA for the return/refund of the monitor under DSR as per your request.

    Regards
