Diddly bump bump .....
Diddly bump bump .....
I dont have the time to be responding to you through the OLQ system then having to come on here and repeat myself.
Please choose one method or the other to contact us, for today's bumps, please go back to the email i sent you earlier through our OLQ system.
scrivz69, you have already been advised you cannot post in this thread, aftersales threads are for the OP and Scan only.
Wesley
Sorry, I have no idea what OLQ is and I certainly haven't tried to contact you through it - all correspondence is in here!
I have now revieved two automated emails (timed AFTER your reply in here) advising of a delivery of tomorrow - but have had no correspondence since your last post :S
Just to let you know that the card was received back and still doesn't work
In either PC
During this last round of testing we have escalated the issue directly within gigabyte and they have, following video evidence of the PC locking up on boot with the card in but working with an alternative card (which scan refused to accept as proof) and have accepted an incompatibility issue with the card and the system (as per the link I have previously posted)
They have subsequently agreed to collect the card in question and swap it for a brand new card
Pity scan couldn't have been so proactive on behalf of their customers and resolved this issue a lot quicker than it has been dragged out
Although I am happy you have a good outcome direct with Gigabyte I would like to defend Scans stance, we took back your return after you having over a year and spent a lot of hours testing it and then sending it to gigabyte who also found no fault with the card. We then re-tested it in your conditions on multiple rigs finding no errors so our testing procedure was mirrored by Gigabytes and confirmed NFF.
What more could Scan have done we tested it NFF and confirmed this with Gigabyte all this was done out of liability so In my opinion we did what we could and instructed by Gigabyte themselves.
Regards
