Missing Keys in Asus Xonar D2X package

Hi,

I ordered an Asus Xonar D2X which is working great. The problem is that both pieces of software in the package ( Ableton and Cakewalk ) did not come with the neccessary keys to activate them.

I spoke to Mark in tech support earlier last week and he checked one of the cards in stock and found it also contained no keys for the included software.

He said he would contact Asus, get the keys and call me back. I haven't had any calls from anyone at Scan so I thought opening a thread here may speed things up a little as I still can't use either software package.

Guys, surely this is a simple case of obtaining the codes and passing them on, it has been over 7 days since my first contact and without my contacting you again I would still be in the dark.

Please can somebody sort this, I don't want to have to return the whole package for the sake of two keys.
