A wrong item was sent to me by Scan. I've ordered a Seasonic 1050W Platinum and they gave me the Seasonic Gold version instead. I phoned up customer service for RMA on the day i got the item (RMA no. 341135). The item is sent back to Scan which they received. On the return tracking status it is displaying 'received item' for nearly 2 weeks now . Why is it taking so long to get the correct item to be sent to me?
