    Move along. My post was directed towards Scan support. No idea why you responded in the first place.
    Imagine paying £700+ for items and paying extra for delivery service. Both delivery dates failed and still can't get a delivery date when order will arrive.

    Wouldn't you get frustrated?

    Would have done. However others retailers don't have stock or prices are higher as I've missed out on Black Friday deals

    Never again will I purchase anything from Scan.

    Scan care don't even bother looking in to this order.

    I have done a charge back and received the fastest response ever. Just shows how much Scan care about money over customer order or loyalty.
