I recently made an order for new PC components with scan on 16/02/07 before placing my order I checked with scan (both on the phone and on the website) that all the items were in stock at the time of order. The estimated delivery date for the order was the 20/02/07. On the 19/02/07 at 3:00 on checking that the invoice was not showing a picking date, I rang scan to check whether there had in fact been a problem with the order, but was informed that there were no delays and the order would be shipped at 19/02/07. However it is now 04:53 on 20/02/07 and the picking date is still showing a red cross as is the delivery date. I have received no emails or phone contact on the status of the order.
I was hoping you could please advise on the status of the order. (I am unsure where to put invoice number or further details - in terms of this forum)
