    Need to cancel an item from an order in progress

    I realised I've ordered Vista 64bit OEM, 64bit being a complete bag of spanners and need to drop it from the order.

    The order is at stage 2, so it's not picked yet. Can I whip it off the order before it goes ahead and I land myself with a lemon purleeease?

    Spoke to a CS chappy but he said he can't do anything atm because all the systems are out. Hope I can sort it out in the next half hour otherwise I'll be lumbered with it.
