Scan return for refund

Hi,

What is the time limit from purchase of an item from scan where i could send it back for a full refund. I bought the RAM 2 weeks ago today as backup to some RAM i had to RMA with microdirect. Now, they wouldn't give me a refund, so I only got replacements. I now no longer need the stuff I bought from scan. It is barely used and i still have all the packaging.

Can I send it back for a refund then?

we "generally" allow for a refund on items upto 7 days from delivery or if they are faulty or incompatible we allow for up to 28 days but as you wish to return it as working and not wanted then as far as iam aware that would be the 7 days from delivery (which you say youve had it 2 weeks so may have expired) the best thing to do is discuss this with returns on 08707554747 options 1-2-1

Top service! Scan said they'd give me a refund as long as the stuff wasn't damaged when they receive it. I'm planning on doing a fairly big shop for my media pc build within the month, so you guys will see the money again soon. First class stuff! I'm impressed :-)
