Order query

Hello Scan peeps.

Ordered myself a new system Thurs night, selected the pay december finance option but today it was declined for whatever reason, (strange seeing as i've successfully used it a number of times before), but there you go. So I logged into my account just now & re-ordered, most of it from the today only section, which is nice.

Now when I logged into my account I had a good hunt for the original order & found nothing awaiting payment which is why I re-ordered. So i'm just making sure that the original order placed on wed night isn't hanging around in the system somewhere.


(I realise it's the weekend so I'm something for Monday no doubt)

Don't worry - the finance order is held seperately from other orders, and if it's declined - it wont be re-invoiced (and it can't be processed without the return of the docs).
