RMA Process

Hi Scan,
I do acknowledge that this is the weekend, but it currently looks like I'm going to RMA a motherboard I recieved on friday. See this thread for details: http://forums.hexus.net/showthread.php?t=101943

I was wondering if somebody could just guide me through what happens throughout the whole RMA process, such as turnaround times etc. Also, what costs I would have to pay to send the motherboard back.

I'd appreciate it if I could know the answers soon,
