    Issues with my last order from scan.

    Hey guys,

    just installed my new WD 3200ks hardrive and it doesn't work. Firstly there is an odd shape/pattern to the plastic underside of the harddrive. i'l take a picture and upload it shortly but it looks like the plastic has melted a bit!

    Secondly it didn't come with the jumper pins (found out one should be included while troubleshooting from the manufactures website).

    Now i've installed it etc but it doesn't show up in windows at all.

    By installed, do you mean correctly installed the windows sata drivers for your motherboard?
