I mucked up on 2 orders and also mucked up on the canceling etc so I just canceled both orders and re-ordered and the order came today. I received an apologetic e-mail as thought I'd never use Scan again, which of course is the opposite of what I will be doing, I love Scan, its by FAR my favorite E-Tailor for PC components and you have not lost me, at all. It was me that mucked up and would like to say a big thanks to Scan for sorting out the problems speedily, thanks for that!
