    Minor issue with order

    Hello

    Well I was pleasently supprised when my order turned up this morning. Having not recieved the usual email for order picked never mind dispached, City Link were there at 9:15 this morning with my things!

    A few minutes later 2 emails turned up with order picked/dispached... lol computers eh?

    But aside from the minor timing issues, one of the two Enimax PCI wireless cards (LN8848) has a broken aerial connector. The screw in bit that holds the plug into the card has come of and I can't get it on past the little ring spring thingy that holds it in place once it's on. I was wondering if you could just post me out a spare one or do I have to ship the whole card back. I can take a picture if that helps.

    I am sorry to hear of the problems that you are having please use the below link to raise the issue with customer services as the item is damaged on arrival there’s a slightly different process.
