I placed a large order with Scan for various parts to build some PC's, I got an order delayed notification this morning as the sound card was out of stock so I called to ask if the order could be part shipped and have the sound card follow when stock arrived.
I was told on the phone that this would be done, later today I got an email advising the sound card had been shipped but nothing for the rest of the order.
So I phoned to check the rest would be shipped, on the phone I was told the sound card had not been shipped but was now in stock (I already have a tracking number for the sound card that has apparently not shipped) and would be shipped with the rest of the order.
I have now had an email telling me the CPU is now out of stock, why is this is now suddenly out of stock was this not advised this morning with the sound card or more to the point why was it not already allocated with the rest of my order, I have to say this is the one thing that annoys me with Scan as this happened last year with another PC build I did too.
