Finance...heard nothing!

Hello all!

I recently ordered a system off scan using the finance option. (1/7/07)
My mum signed the credit agreement and sent it early last week.
Unfortunatly I havn't heard anything back from v12 or Scan. Nothing!
I looked on my orders list on my account and there is nothing there =/
Is this normal?

i'd remove the reference number until you are asked for it via PM from one of the guys at scan

Finance orders do not show on order history.

But if you can PM your real name, postcode etc - I'll get it checked out for you.

I'd like to cancel my order with v12 finacne.
They keep messing me about with my application so I'm just gonna order with credit card instead.
Would it be possbile to claim my deposit back? Or is it gone forever?

Finance deposits are not taken until the agreement is fully authorised - which it is not, at the current time.
