    Where is my order?

I made my order on Thursday 19th at about midnight, and was told my estimated delivery time was for Tuesday (today). At the time of order the website showed everything to be in stock.

After it was not picked on Monday I checked the website and found at least 3 of 9 items are no out of stock....

I emailed support to see if my items were in stock or not and they replied due to the warehouse being improved the delay was due to extra workload on the picking staff and the status in the email said goods were in stock.

I have now had an email saying its delayed because of excessive stock levels.

Someone has just posted on here to say an order raised yesterday was received today.

    So where is my order?
Is it out of stock and waiting for new stock? Is there a huge workload at the minute? (even though orders are being received next day)? Or is it due to the work on the warehouse? (which I have been informed has been going on since May)

My guess is that it is out of stock and I'm being fobbed off so I don't cancel my order and order it elsewhere....

SCAN wouldnt "fob" off customers as you politely put it.

There could be any number of reasons why your having troubles, like the ones you have already mentioned, huge workload, the work on the warehouse or out of stock.

The best way to get help is PM one of the SCAN staff with your order number and they will be more than happy to help you sort your problem.

Its innevitable that items will go out of stock just as you order, has happened to me and am sure it has happened to others.

Be patient and am sure a SCAN employee will help.

Dont mean this to come across as a moan as I have used scan a number of times with no hastle.

I know there are a number of reasons why, and thats not my issue. It's that I have no idea which reason it is... am I waiting for goods from the manufacturer or am I waiting for another reason. I raised an online query to find out if my items were in stock and for an ETA, and got a standard reply of excess workloads etc. which does not answer my question.
