So whats up with your warehouse this year?
I have been a loyal customer since 96 when you were just a page in micromart, never had problems with you guys before. Customer service has always been excellent for faults and returns. But I placed a large order on Wednesday, should have been here friday.
No Joy on Friday so I changed the delivery to sat so I would have it today. Once again delayed notification mail was sent! Very disappointed. My work colleague also put through a similar order on Tuesday, between us we have spent over £3k with you yet our stuff (All in stock) is sitting in the warehouse! It cant go out till Monday, so Tuesday next week will be the earliest! A whole week to receive stuff is beyond unacceptable! Looking at the forums it seems that this is happening a lot over the past few months. Are you having staffing problems? Is the stuff actually in stock? Whats going on? How can I recommend you to my friends if this is the experience? I had got the kids away for the weekend so I could build both our pc's and get some gaming time in so I have lost a weekend too. Can you guarantee that my stuff will be here Tuesday?
