    Unhappy Scan whats going on with your deliverys?

    Hey Scan guys

    So whats up with your warehouse this year?

    I have been a loyal customer since 96 when you were just a page in micromart, never had problems with you guys before. Customer service has always been excellent for faults and returns. But I placed a large order on Wednesday, should have been here friday.
    No Joy on Friday so I changed the delivery to sat so I would have it today. Once again delayed notification mail was sent! Very disappointed. My work colleague also put through a similar order on Tuesday, between us we have spent over £3k with you yet our stuff (All in stock) is sitting in the warehouse! It cant go out till Monday, so Tuesday next week will be the earliest! A whole week to receive stuff is beyond unacceptable! Looking at the forums it seems that this is happening a lot over the past few months. Are you having staffing problems? Is the stuff actually in stock? Whats going on? How can I recommend you to my friends if this is the experience? I had got the kids away for the weekend so I could build both our pc's and get some gaming time in so I have lost a weekend too. Can you guarantee that my stuff will be here Tuesday?

    I think they are having some issues, checked some other threads too. Mine was also delayed like that!

    Yeah its a shame isn't it?

    I hope the problems don't last long, they will start losing customers if it does. Seems all this moving warehouses/new systems whatever has gone on this year is causing real problems for a lot of people. I stick with scan 'cause dabs takes 6 months to exchange broken equipment and overclockers have seriously bad customer service (Try sending back a faulty item and they pretend they haven't heard of me)

    Frustrating.....Phoned them again this morning and they have promised me the stuff will be at my workplace on Monday, but its 20 past five sat afternoon and it still dosent show as shipped. I didnt think they could ship on a Saturday but the lady on the phone promised they would.....

    i had my 1st rma with dabs and sent it monday, RMA complete tuesday, money in bank wednesday

    They must have improved after BT bought them as they went from very good to absolutely dire as they got bigger

    Well, my experience of Scan recently have been really good. I've ordered 5 times from them in the last 2 months, and every one of my delivery was delivered on time

    I was also told this on friday and yet my order still hasn't been dispatched. Im guessing it will be tuesday now at best. This really isn't leaving me with a good first impression.

    i think the problems they are having are still stemming from the warehouse expansion, a point which has been covered in numerous threads already.

    im assuming that this is the issue or maybe they have a large volume of orders then anticipated.

    Is there anyone from scan on the forum today? Still haven't got my stuff...

    Phoned this morning, assured again it will be here tomorrow, but still not picked or dispatched on the web page. Could someone from scan pick this up please?

    I just have that 'feeling' it still wont be here tomorrow!

    I guess they went to send it this morning, only to find the motherboard was not on its shelf!

    So i have selected a new one and we shall see if it gets sent today....

    Dosent show as dispatched yet, I still have that feeling.

    OK this is getting more interesting.

    My colleague at work also has an order with scan, placed Tuesday last week. He got an email this morning to say his case was out of stock.

    So its taken days for the orders to be packed and when they are items that are listed in stock turn out not to be.

    Looks like the stock system isn't working either. Curious why we were not contacted much earlier.

    Lee can you chase this up please? I still have the feeling nothing will be sent today
