    Arg! Started happening again!

I checked event viewer and an error showed my DVD drive was abruptly removed.

Changed SATA ports again to have 1 drive plugged into each channel (including the purple ports) - board had 4 yellow and 2 purple (what are the purple ones btw? it's not raid because my board doesn't support it)

they are labeled in the manual as GSATA2?

Re: I have a very odd problem with my new build

Unfortunately I would think that the box would have needed quite a hard knock to cause one of those pushpins to shear off, and such a hard knock could have caused some other damage. I would RMA the parts if Scan are in a good mood
