Chasing RMA

Hi,

On Friday I submitted an RMA for a Lacie external hard drive I bought in Feb 07. I sent back the email with the info on the Friday and have yet to hear anything regarding collection and getting a new drive.

I called on Tuesday and they said it should be any time now and nearly a week on, I have heard zip.

Can someone please chase this up for me as I would like my replacement hard drive before Christmas.
