Bizzare Scan E-Mail timing

Not a complaint, just a comment on how weird Scan's system of sending order progress e-mails is, in case you are not already aware of it:

9:32 AM - E-mail received informing me order had reached Stage 2 of 4

11:30 AM - E-mail received informing me order had reached Stage 4 of 4

1:07 PM - E-mail received informing me order had reached Stage 3 of 4

2:12 PM - E-mail received informing me order had reached Stage 1 of 4



Dunno if it's your system or me, but it's happened before, and it's a little disorienting.

I wouldn't worry about it... it will just be delays in the emails... maybe something to do with their email server...

Well, I'm still waiting for my Stage 2 and Stage 4 e-mails to arrive for an order I've already recieved!

I suspect that their poor e-mail servers are suffering from overuse

Our system shows, these times of when the e-mails were sent but I will certainly ask the Netprog guys to have a look into this for you
