no picked date?

I put in an order on friday and picked tomorrow for delivery. I hadn't recieved an email saying that it had been dispatched so i checked my order history and it says i didn't pick a delivery date
I take it that means my order wont come tomorrow, but will it come at all?

Probably means something is out of stock.

Scan do pick/pack/despatch up to 8pm so there is a chance you might still get yours done, but you won't find out til later.
Ring them up tomorrow and check the order is ok.

i ordered an asus p5k premium and a q6600.

Only now the p5k is out of stock, was in stock when i ordered. Is there any way to cancel the order? as if it's not in stock soon i'll just order from yoyotech

Just got an email saying my order was delayed due to "unexpected volumes" and that it's been booked for the next working day.

I'll give them a call and try sort it out

The "Picked Date" is the date is was physically picked from their shelfs and packed in boxes/courier bags. A date not appearing in the graphic in your first post is not an indication of out of stock items.

The "Unexpected Volumes" email means that the guys picking and packing your order didn't have time to get to it before the last CityLink pickup at 20:00.

the p5k seems to be in stock as of 17:40, but i've still got no email saying my order's been dispatched. I need it for the weekend if that's possible.
I don't really have time to phone up as i'm at school all day so could i pm someone (ChrisP? Lee?) so they could check my order.
