First post here, and one in frustration...
Placed my order on 24th December - estimated delivery date 28th. Fine, it's Xmas week and things take time.
Nothing despatched on the 28th, turns out the DVD drive is out of stock (in when I placed the order) no delayed email. Changed item and promised Saturday delivery.
Saturday - no despatch. Spend ages on hold then told the cooler was 'delayed in transit' from one warehouse to the other.
Saturday - an email saying the memory was out of stock, despite being assured on the phone shortly before it was 'allocated' OK, change the memory and assured that a manager would look at it Wednesday, it would be marked as a priority and get despatched.
Wednesday, called at about 12pm with a question on changing the graphics card (so much time had passed) but decided not to, order left as is noted it was a priority and assured it would be despatched today for next day.
Wednesday PM - email at 20.01 saying delayed.
I would like some proper reassurance that this will be dealt with and despatched tomorrow - I don't believe that all orders placed after my last alteration on Saturday are still waiting to be shipped. I will happily PM a moderator the details.
