The item has not yet een booked into the RMA system, when it is booked in the automated emails will follow.

well ive had 2 automated emails saying confirmation of rma but ive had no emails to say you have recieved it or being proceesed etc

tbh i dont care, not my problem why should i be accused of troling when Paulm doesnt even know who the user is, he could have done some research by searching for my user name and looking at my previous posts, or could have used abit of common sense and looked at my join date

Seems to be crossed wires here. A user with the name jasonroberts has been posting here trolling in threads the last few days. He posted in this thread, to which Paul replied.
This user was then banned for being abusive and his posts removed, hence why it looks like it was aimed at you.
Mod's of this forum can still see the deleted abusive post of this user, and I assure you it was there

By refering to jasonroberts is not accusing you of trolling, if you must know I do know who he is and he was posting random comments on the Scan forums purposely flaming and butting into other peoples issues hence his post deleted from your thread.

Who are you to make these accusations I have every right to moderate the Scan forums unless told otherwise by the forum Admin.
