RMA refund why the delay?

I have had an rma going since 18/12/07 its status is completed and has been so for a week. A refund has been agreed but I still haven't recd it to my bank account. This has been going on for too long now. I can't understand why there is such a delay between fault found and then credit agreed. As a comparison I got an rma number on 24/12/07 for the exact same item from dabs. I had the money back in my account on 11/01/08. Can somebody look into this please? rma ****

Apologies for the delay, i can confirm the refund was processed 22/01/08 and will be back into your account within the next 2-3 working days.

Has there been a delay on all the RMA credits? My broken motherboard was tested on the 10th Jan by AndyC but I still see no credit in my account. Bit strange to take so long IMHO but at least its easy to sort stuff!
