They do update the BIOS for a fee. IIRC it is £10 + vat.
You might want to check if you need the update. Most motherboards will still boot and let you update the BIOS even if the cpu is not supported.

That's good, the last time I got a new mobo, I had to send the bios chip off to get it flashed.
I was going to go with the Asus P5KC, iP35 sadly scan don't have this in stock atm. I imagine I would need to flash the bios for it to support the new 45nm CPU's.
