Cancel RMA please

I bought all the components for my sisters computer but the ram that arrived, one of the sticks didnt work. Iv got an RMA but due to uni work & life in general iv not managed 2 post it off yet. The RMA ran out today so was wondering if i could cancel this RMA & then just request a new one in the future when things calm down a bit. Also, would i be eligble for a refund, or would it have to be a straight swop?

Andehh,

You would need to return the goods without delay if you would like a refund, if you just require a replacement, then you can request this at any point in the warranty period.

i think if you place the rma within a 30day period then you can get a refund.

I arranged the first RMA within the first 30 days, however so far i havnt had the time to post anything off. Is it possible i could get it extended for a few more weeks, just until i can get a bit of time freed up from uni?
