It would seem that your RMA section on your website needs some work as mine is far from complete and since your site says that on the parcel tracking the invoice was generated on the 23rd April and the estimated dispatch date was the 24th April...
I have been in contact with Mick via PM and I completed the customer query form on your website and Michael W replied on the 1st May saying "I have requested that dispatch send the item out to you right away"
Now ok we have just had the bank holiday, but as I returned the product to you and was checked on the 18th April and confirmed faulty, could you please explain the nearly 3 weeks so far?
