    RMA Status

    This is a continuation of my last thread.

    Faulty Graphics Card was received and tested by Scan last week, they found it to be faulty.

    It has been sent to XFX for further testing but am yet to hear any news for over a week.

    Sent an e-mail on Monday and Tuesday, asking for an update, didn't receive any reply back.

    Just wondered what's happening.

    Have a 3XS System that has no graphics card!

    While I obviously can't comment on your case, my RMA took about 3 weeks when it was sent to XFX - will never buy one of their cards again
