thanks paul, i raised an online query to say the card no longer works without BSOD or windows failing to start and major corruption to the disaply, any timeframe on raising the RMA ?
and do i have to stump up postage to get it back to you as its just out its 1st years warranty but has 2 with it.
what brand is it? after the 1st year has passed its usually the manufacturer you have to send it back to.

XFX made the card,
Thats good then it will come back to Scan but you have to fare the postage.

i just found xfx have a uk HQ as well, i have raised a support ticket with them, i guess all you would do is forward it on to there uk hq anyway ?
am i better off trying to go direct ?
Edit: Sorry regardless we will actually forward them to XFX I have just found out..

well that may be a long way off, but i see xfx are in the uk for EU returns so i will be chasing this down
