Everything I ordered was in stock at this time and was also in stock all over the weekend - (The hard drives and the E6400 that I ordered also went onto the "today only" section, which has irked me somewhat)
Today I get an email saying that my order has been delayed "due to a temporary shortage in stock" of the hard drives
I am so disappointed with getting this email - I've made numerous smaller orders in the past and have received excellent service until now
Can you explain to me why you have delayed my order, when my items were in stock from the first instance? How does Scan feel it can compensate me for this wholly unwarranted delay?
