    Delayed Order Notification

    First time ordering.....ordered Tues (20th) expected delivery Fri (23rd) got a delayed order today when can i expect the order? next week? i was hoping it was coming Friday as i'm on a late shift & would be there to accept delivery

    Hmmm...doing a search seems to reveal a disturbing pattern.
    Do the free postage offer orders get bumped to the back of the queue?

    Please post your invoice number through so I can check the status of the order ...

    I can assure you free carriage order's are processed in exactly the same way as orders placed with carriage.

    I ordered a new laptop and a case for a job I'm doing on Tuesday 20/11/07.

    Got the dreaded Delayed Order Notification on Wednesday night and heard nothing. It sounds to me like scan have major issues at the moment. I even paid for pre 12:00 delivery as I work odd shifts (since no one answered my hexus.net account query)

    I'll give them a ring later and see whats going on - Scan have always been excellent and I've turned a blind when deliveries have been later than expected - somethings definately going on :/

    Please PM me your invoice number so I can check the status of the order and update you, I have checked the account linked to your Hexus username and we have no outstanding orders listed at the moment for you? The last I can see was from quite a few years ago ?

    Do scan have any plans to move to a more "live stock" based website?

    While prices and service have always been great with scan, all too often I'm ordering >1 of an item "in stock", and a few days later it goes per-order/ out of stock.
    If the website showed "5 in stock", I'd know stocks were low, similarly "386 in stock", I'd knwo there was a better chance of getting 10 when I order 10...
