Damaged Item in need of RMA

Hey guys i've already raised a webnote for this. Just received a heatsink with bent fins....possibly bent in transit. box had quite a few knocks so it may have been a city link issue.

Just posting a pic here for reference, I'd like to RMA it for replacement.

    All the best

If you've already raised an OLQ then I'll leave it in the returns departments hands.

    Best Regards,

Thanks Mark, pm send. Filed an RMA within 10 mins of signing for it. Scans packaging was good as usually but the manufacture box was all cardboard. Most of the past heat sinks i've bought were packed in foam. Ah well.
