I called to cancel an order I placed on the 27th November, the lady and subsequently the email I received stated my refund would be processed shortly.
It is now almost two weeks and there is still no sign of any refund, a follow up email sent a few days ago has went unanswered.
The invoice number is E1166884
Can someone look into this for me, many thanx in advance.

The email you sent was received blank by our system - I suspect as it was sent as a html document, rather than as a plain text.
The refund has been actioned and should show within a couple of days.
