Just writing to say that the Scan customer service staff overcame my apprehensions and dealt very quickly and efficiently with a recent delivery problem.
The timescales for the refund of the additional Saturday delivery costs (the item was instead sent out by normal delivery despite having paid extra for Saturday delivery) were spot on and I am very pleased with the service I have received.
