Just a quick email to ask how I go about replacing this mouse. I bought it from yourself back in August 2008 and yesterday the laser on it died and it functions no more I have tried looking at the MS site to send it back to them but their mouse support site is that bad it constantly loops in circles and you never get anywhere to report the fault.
Razer say MS cover it and I can't seem to find a way of returning it or even reporting the fault with it. As its under a year of its three year warranty do I send it back to yourself or send it to MS?
If anyone at Scan know's if I should send it to yourself or MS? This is the same mouse I contacted you about when I first got it on this very forum as the mouse box was smashed to hell when I got it ( http://forums.hexus.net/scan-care-he...d-onto-me.html )
