Wheres My Refund?

Had a email 8 days ago saying my RMA had been completed and a replacement / refund issued,well no refund has yet to appear in my account.

Hate to say it but your RMA process has been painfully slow,from the time taken to test it and complete it to the time takes it actually takes you to issue the refund.

It takes a while. Took me more than a few emails to get my refunded actually in my account. Just log a ticket, and request an update every now then.

I do agree that this is one area of service that Scan could improve on.

Still nothing and its been nearly 2 weeks now since the supposed refund was given.

The refund took place at the following date & time;

The email i got on the 11th stated :

"We can confirm your returned goods have now been fully processed and replacements issued / refund processed."

So the actual refund didnt take place until the 17th? You really need to sort it out better.
