Hi wonder if anyone can help, I sent a psu back to scan for a refund. I had a confirmation email sent on the 30/10/08 telling me my refund was complete -
RMA Number: 191709
Current status of your RMA: Completed We can confirm your returned goods have now been fully processed and replacements issued / refund processed. You can also view the real time status of your RMA using our online returns tracking.
No refund has been credited back to my account so Why sent a email like this when it blatantly has not been completed?
And how do I go about getting my money back? I have sent three messages to them with no responce.
any help would be much aprichiated.
