Just caught your delivery guys jumping all over parcels .

Well just to say this has all been caught on my security cameras on the front of our home. Basicly City Link was delivering a cpu from you lot to me and well lets just say he dived all over the parcels in the van jumped on fragile (marked in BOLD RED) items. eventually after about 5/8 min he found my duffed up parcel and handed it to me. I double checked my parcel but could not see it as it was in a bag and had to sign for it before i could open it.

To be honest im in no way surprised some parcels come in the state they do. Im not blaming you guys but i will be putting the footage on youtube later on because if my gear arrived like that i would not be happy. Especially when i saw a computer case being thrown around like it was some two year old in a temper tantum.

Suggest you guy's have a word with them it doest make scan look to good having them do that to your gear.

To be honest, it's more an issue for City Link, rather than Scan because this is happening to eveyone's mail, not just that from Scan. Plus you have to take this as an isolated incident, rather than 'the norn'.

Personally I would put in a letter of complaint to CityLink, accompanied by the footage, as well as YouTube.

Like i said above i don't blame scan but thought they should know. All so no its not a 1 off as we all know. Ive had a few parcels from them in a mess from other company's. City link are real bad and do this all the time.

I recorded them this time for a reason because i had a load of gear before and when i tried to claim back for DOA i got told were to go (not from scan). The company involved would not believe the state of the parcels even though we had pics. So in a way i have it in for city link but i think im justified.

Indeed, unfortunately CityLink seem to be building a 'rep', and to be honest, I would be equally mad. I personally would have told them to sod off & refused to take delivery, and taken the guy's name, and details for my complaint.

whats the point nothing ever gets done about it. so think its best just to send them a link with the video in on you tube. that way they wont boycott me .. and ppl can see what really happens to there valuable goods ...

Think first before posting on youtube. Citylink maybe interested in purchasing exclusive rights to the video.

As I understand it citylink employ fairly independent drivers for each area. In the past I've had long instances of them being unable to deliver to a whacking great business park because they seemingly had a driver who couldn't read a map.

Most of the time I've been using scan/citylink I haven't had a problem though - and that must be knocking on ten years now. Had pretty regular deliveries at some points and some have been really friendly & reliable.

Perhaps they've might have cut driver commission so they're getting crap people and inducing games of parcel football.
