    New item has RMA sticker on it

    Last week I purchased a DFI 790 motherboard and have only seen it today but it has an RMA sticker on it and the box is a bit tatty without the manufacturer seals on it. Is this a fully functioning motherboard?

    Could you let me know why it was returned. First time ive had anything out of the ordinary with my scan orders.
