    Stock Possibility

    Hi there,

Would it be possible for scan to add a Certain FSP power supply for preorder as i cant fins anyone else that sells it, power supply in question : FSP150-5DD01

    http://www.fsp-group.com.tw/english/...=175&proid=630

Im sure this power supply will be quite popular with people building mini itx systems that arnt based around the SG05, this is the perfect DC/DC board to go with the 150w FSP power brick.

    Many Thanks

    Ben

Er... you posted this on Saturday afternoon - you got an instant reply - yesterday was Sunday - just what were you expecting to happen in the last 36 hours, at the weekend when most distributers will be closed, that requires a bump first thing Monday morning?

As you had already received a reply, you can hardly claim to have been ignored, and bumping a thread so soon and before Scan have had a chance to investigate is not in itself constructive!

I wouldn't normally step in in a Scan forum like this, but something needs to be pointed out, because it applies right across HEXUS.

"Bumping" like that is not a practice we like very much, and that's forum-wide. It's fair enough if a thread is old and apparently unanswered, but if everybody does what you did to a recent and active thread, to bring their thread back to the top of the list, we'd have nothing but a constant stream of people trying to out-bump each other. it would destroy the forums, because it'd make it next to impossible to find anything.

peterb's comment was perfectly correct - this should not have been bumped, and as a Hexus moderator, he's entitled to point it out.

Also, your response was unnecessarily aggressive and, frankly, a bit insulting, and not a line you should be taking with anyone, and certainly not with a Mod.

Now, as Chris said, it's being dealt with, so back on track please.
