    Query regarding order

    Invoice <removed>

    I recently purchased the above order and have concerns about the products I received. Firstly, the memory I received was faulty, and the packaging had been marked stating the RAM should have gone for restock, rather than be sold to consumers. I have since RMA'ed this for working RAM. However, I am also experiencing problems with the motherboard, and have noticed that when the system was first built, unusual BIOS settings had been altered from their defaults, leading me to believe that this too was an ex-RMA item. The box for the board was also slightly damaged, though this may not necessarily suggest anything.
    Therefore, I would like to apply for a return for the board as I believe I have received a returned product rather than one sold new, which is unacceptable (especially to happen for multiple items in the same order). Thus, I would like to try and get an advanced replacement, without having to spend anything to do so.

    After checking out your order I can see that the motherboard has the following movement applied to it ;

    Code:
    Arrived at SCAN from distributors - 22nd April 2010
    Sampled by Warehouse team       - 22nd April 2010
    Allocated to invoice (your invoice) - 30th April 2010.
    As such, the motherboard has no prior movement at all within SCAN and was sampled by the warehouse team which is where the packaging damage might have happened once they've scanned and sampled the unit.

    If you want to return the board, then if you log this with the returns team Here they will be able to assist you further.

    I have updates the bios, and the problems I was having seemed to have gone. I will keep the board for now, if there are any further problems then I will return it

    after more using the board, windows still keeps randomly crashing and not posting every time. i would like to exchange the board please. Could i please request a advanced RMA?
