    Scanshot Email Issue

    Regarding the scanshot emailing system, have this service been stopped? On my account it says that I'm signed up for it (and wish to be) however I'm not recieving them. I've checked and the emails aren't appearing in any deleted/Junk folders.

    I've not recieved any for a while now but only just remembered, is there anyway of checking to make sure my e-mail is on the system? Or perhaps manually add it? I'm just a bit confused as to why it's not coming in.

    Got my last one on the 1'st oct..
    Someone left a note on a piece of cake in the fridge that said, "Do not eat!". I ate the cake and left a note saying, "Yuck, who the hell eats paper ?

    Try disabling it and then re-enabling it.

    ditto having same problem and disabled/re-enabled it and had no effect too, meant to raise this a while back.

    never had a problem myself, every week without fail. the only time I've had a problem like this was because my web box was full............what not cleaning it for over a year does for you

    I also appear to have this issue after noticing this thread a few days ago and trying the disabling/re-enabling suggestion. Thinking about it, I don't think I've ever received the Scanshot emails, only the order/despatch/query/etc. emails.
