DPD Delivery

Hello,

I bought a monitor from scan on the 19th of October and so it would be delivered today, 9-5:30. I tracked the parcel on DPDs tracking service and it now says "Delivery refused, signed for by REDMILE, using Saturn".

Delivery refused... and it has been signed for? and I don't even have the monitor .

Any Ideas?

It came today, I'm not bothered about it being a day late. Though you did pay for next day delivery, so I'm not too sure what you'd want to do about that.
