Have DPD stopped giving out time slots?

I've got a hard drive coming today, and according to the tracking page, it is on the Van for delivery.

However I've not received an hour's ETA windows. The Text normally comes before 9am, but I've received nothing. The last time DPD failed to give a time slot they didn't bother turning up even though the item was supposed to be on the van for delivery.

(The Weather can't be blamed, there's little snow here, and I'm on the A55 as is the depot, so there's no reason why they couldn't get here.)

With the current adverse weather conditions effecting UK - DPD have indeed stopped the time notifications as it was proving quite difficult in certain areas to deliver items.

I know the north west hasnt had that much snow so far, however when you look at the conditions in other parts of the UK hope you can understand why DPD arent giving timed slots at the moment.

If you can PM me your invoice number I shall be able to check if there are any reported issues with the local DPD for you item and then update you.
